Role details:Location: ManchesterPay rate: £20 – £24 per hourHours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pmContract: Temporary, ongoingDBS: On the Update Service (or willing to apply)What you’ll be doing as a Recovery Worker:Delivering one-to-one and group support sessions for people with substance misuse needsCompleting recovery-focused assessments and support plansWorking with multi-agency partners across health, housing and criminal justiceSupporting service users to reduce harm and progress towards recovery goalsMaintaining accurate case notes in line with service requirementsWhat we’re looking for in a Recovery Worker:Experience working within substance misuse / drug and alcohol servicesStrong understanding of recovery-focused and harm reduction approachesExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsDBS on the Update ServiceA genuine passion for supporting vulnerable adults towards positive changeIf you’re a
