Youll be responsible for:Responding quickly and safely to plant breakdowns and stoppagesFault-finding and repairing production machineryWorking across single-phase and three-phase electrical systemsCarrying out planned preventative maintenanceMaintaining, adjusting, repairing and servicing equipmentSupporting improvements in equipment reliability and availabilityWorking with Engineering leadership and external engineers on more complex issuesCompleting accurate maintenance documentationRecording labour, parts and maintenance activity using SAP / CMMS systemsSupporting operator and engineer training where requiredFollowing site Health & Safety procedures, including COSHH and safe systems of workWhat Were Looking For
Wed like to hear from candidates who have:Experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer or Electrical EngineerApprentice-trained backgroundNVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or a UK-recognised equivalentExperience working within manufacturing, production, FMCG, food processing or another industrial environmentStrong electrical fault-finding skillsExperience working with industrial electrical systemsConfidence working under pressure during breakdown situationsGood communication and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detailIT literacy and experience using CMMS or SAP systemsApplications are also welcomed from engineers with a
military or Armed Forces background .The Environment
