As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems, trouble shoot / fault find, liaise with contractors, update site logbooks and respond to client requests.
Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Duties:
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairsDiagnose and resolve electrical faultsWork with single-phase and three-phase electrical systemsMaintain emergency lighting and fire alarm systemsPerform basic water treatment dutiesService and maintain distribution boards, motors, pumps, bearings, and sealsMaintain HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, VRVs, and VRFsReplace filters and belts as requiredUndertake general building fabric maintenance tasksMechanical Maintenance Engineer Requirements:Fully qualified in a mechanical related subject(C&G, NVQ, EAL, or equivalent)Strong communication skillsApprentice trained – Not essential but desirable
Salary and Package:
£45,000 – £48,000 per annumMonday – Friday, 8am – 5pmYearly pay reviewsPotential yearly bonusesInternal progressionAdditional trainingOvertime available
