This senior client-facing role combines strategic development, financial management, and operational leadership to ensure first-class results and strong client relationships.As Account Director within Facilities , youll lead and develop a team of Facilities Managers to deliver outstanding customer service and operational performance. Youll manage multi-million-pound P&Ls, oversee contract compliance, and align service delivery with strategic business objectives. Working closely with clients and internal teams, youll identify growth opportunities, implement best practices, and drive innovation.
