The Role
We’re recruiting for a
Platform Business Development Manager
to join a leading organisation within the savings, retirement and wealth management sector.Covering Yorkshire, you’ll build and grow relationships with
IFAs and wealth management firms , promoting platform and retirement solutions, increasing distribution, and driving sales growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of IFA and wealth management accounts.Develop strong relationships with advisers and key decision-makers.Promote platform and retirement propositions.Drive new business and maximise existing account potential.Deliver sales and growth targets across the territory.Work closely with internal sales teams to identify opportunities.Provide market insight and competitor intelligence.Maintain high standards of regulatory and compliance adherence.
About You
Experience working with IFAs within the advised platform market.Proven business development, intermediary sales or account management experience.Strong track record of achieving sales targets.Knowledge of platform, retirement and investment solutions.Good understanding of intermediary distribution and FCA regulations.Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable
Level 4 Financial Services qualification (or equivalent).Knowledge of retirement income and smooth fund solutions.
