If youre seeking a career that means more and gives you more, theres a place for you at Inspired Villages.Working closely with the Head Chef and wider hospitality team, youll assist with food preparation, maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and help create a warm, welcoming dining environment for residents to enjoy every day.The Role:Supporting the kitchen team in delivering a full food service across breakfast, lunch, and dinnerAssisting with the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes that are well-presented and enjoyable for residents and guestsHelping prepare and set up the restaurant and dining areas for serviceSupporting with clearing tables, washing up, resetting dining areas, and replenishing condiments and suppliesServing food and collecting dishes from the kitchen when requiredMaintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation across the kitchen and restaurant areasWorking collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to deliver an excellent dining experience.Key Requirements:Previous experience working as a Kitchen Assistant or Kitchen Porter in a busy kitchen environmentGood understanding of basic cooking methods, ingredients, kitchen equipment, and food preparation proceduresPassion for food preparation, presentation, and delivering a high-quality dining experienceSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and use initiative without constant supervisionA positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to support wherever needed in the kitchen.The Benefits
