increased revenue by £20m in the last two yearsAbout the RoleA leading provider of automated vertical storage and retrieval systems is seeking a technically skilled and self-motivated Service Engineer to join its Northern Ireland Field Service Team. Mainly covering the South of Northern Ireland (Newry, Markethill, Keady, My, Moygashel, Dungannon, Newtownhamilton, Ravensdale etc) with occasional travel into Ireland. This role offers autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to work with cutting-edge automation technology.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform fault finding, servicing, maintenance and repairs on vertical lift and carousel systemsRespond to breakdowns and callouts, ensuring fast and effective resolutionProvide technical support and training to customersMaintain accurate service documentation and reportsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service deliveryEssential RequirementsNVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)Knowledge of both mechanical and electrical fault finding
