Service & Support Administrator

on behalf of an established client near Dereham. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys being organised, working with customers and colleagues, and juggling multiple priorities throughout the day. This is a newly created role due to continued business growth. Youll work closely alongside an experienced team member who will provide support, guidance and training as you settle into the position.The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for customers and engineers, helping to ensure that customer requests are dealt with efficiently and that the service operation runs smoothly.The RoleYour responsibilities will include:Handling customer requests and enquiries by phone, email and other channelsAnswering incoming telephone calls and providing a friendly, professional serviceCoordinating with engineers to schedule and support customer requirementsRaising and processing customer invoicesOrdering hardware, equipment and other stock as requiredMonitoring stock levels and ensuring required items are availableLiaising with suppliers and customersMaintaining accurate records and keeping systems up to dateSupporting the wider team with general administrative dutiesTaking on some basic accounts responsibilities, including assisting with day-to-day financial administrationThis is a

multi-faceted role , so no two days are likely to be exactly the same. You’ll need to be comfortable moving between customer service, administration, purchasing, invoicing and supporting engineers as priorities change.About YouPrevious experience in an

administrative role is essential , along with excellent attention to detail and a well-organised approach to your work.We’re looking for someone who:Is confident and professional when dealing with customersHas excellent attention to detailIs highly organised and able to manage multiple tasksIs computer proficient and comfortable using Microsoft Office software packagesHas a positive, upbeat and can-do attitudeWorks well as part of an established teamIs confident communicating with customers, suppliers and engineersCan work independently while knowing when to ask for supportIs adaptable and enjoys a varied working environmentAccounts Experience

A BonusAs part of the role, there could be an opportunity to take on some accounts responsibilities.
