Recruitment Consultant

Driving/Industrial Division .Are you an experienced 360 consultant, Senior consultant, resource specialist preferably with driving or industrial experience?You’ll be working within a busy, fast-paced recruitment environmentWe’re looking for someone who enjoys the commercial side of recruitment, is confident developing new business and, just as importantly, understands that successful driving recruitment is built on excellent service, strong candidate relationships and being able to deliver when clients need you.Support/Develop new business across the driving, transport and logistics sectorsIdentify and approach clients through calls, networking, meetings and site visitsDevelop existing accounts and identify opportunities for growthBuild long-term relationships with clients and become a trusted recruitment partnerUnderstand clients’ operations, shift patterns, peak periods and individual recruitment requirementsSource, attract and register candidatesAdvertise vacancies and proactively build your candidate databaseInterview and assess candidates for suitable assignmentsMaintain regular contact with drivers regarding availability and upcoming workMatch the right candidates to the right clients and assignmentsBuild a strong, dependable driver pool capable of supporting both planned and short-notice bookingsEnsure all drivers meet required legal and client-specific compliance standardsCheck driving licences, Driver CPC, Digi Tacho cards, Right to Work documentation and other relevant requirementsMaintain accurate candidate and client information on our CRM systemWork closely with our payroll and administration teamsManage bookings, cancellations and last-minute changes efficientlyMaintain a consistently high level of service to both clients and candidatesYou will need:Previous recruitment experience, ideally within Driving, Logistics or Industrial recruitmentProven experience within recruitment roleExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsGood negotiation and commercial awarenessStrong organisation and the ability to manage a busy temporary deskThe ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to changing client requirementsA proactive, resilient and self-motivated approachA genuine commitment to providing a great service to clients and candidatesKnowledge of
Drivers’ Hours, Working Time Regulations, Driver CPC and driving compliance
