With a strong pipeline of projects and exposure to a wide range of construction methods, this is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile developments while building your technical experience and progressing your career as a Quality Assurance Manager.
The Role of the Quality Assurance Manager Will Include:Managing quality assurance across 2-3 construction projectsDeveloping and implementing project quality plans and proceduresConducting quality audits, inspections and reviewsEnsuring compliance with project specifications, standards and regulationsManaging non-conformances and corrective actionsOverseeing quality documentation, testing records and handover packagesMonitoring quality KPIs and driving continuous improvementWorking closely with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clientsPromoting a right-first-time approach across projects
The Successful Quality Assurance Manager Will Have:Proven experience within construction quality managementStrong knowledge of quality systems, inspections and auditingExperience managing quality across construction projectsKnowledge of ISO 9001 and relevant construction standardsStrong communication, leadership and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and stakeholdersExperience working within a fast-paced construction environment
