Handle customer enquiries across
Amazon, eBay, website and online retail channelsManage orders, returns, replacements and account updatesWork closely with
3PL / fulfilment partners
to chase deliveries and resolve issuesSupport product listings, website updates and recurring issue fixesCollaborate with Marketing on
B2C campaigns
and customer messagingDeliver exceptional customer service across phone, email and webchatWhat you’ll bring
Strong customer service backgroundExperience with
Amazon, eBay, marketplaces or eCommerceConfident communicator with great listening skillsStrong IT skills (CRM, MS Office, online systems)Ability to multitask, prioritise and stay calm under pressureCustomer-focused mindset with a drive for resultsWhy apply?
