. They are a family run, successful and well established business based near Earlswood. A background in Customer Service or Account Manager, ideally with an element of IT, is required.Key Duties:Onboarding new clients and being first point of contact for set up questions and queriesOrganise hardware installs, software training and all set up supportProvide a high level of customer service and support once up and runningEnsure that customers receive full set up and ongoing support for full range of softwareEnsure all customer needs are met by providing regular check-ups, detailed software guidance calls and email supportSupport with occasional opportunities to provide face to face training and technical support to customers across the UK and IrelandTo work closely across all teams from Membership Customer Service, Management, Software Development, Business Development and Sales & Marketing, to ensure constant up to date knowledge of all areas of the businessProblem solving and a good initiative is essentialResponsible for investigating, making and justifying technical decisionsExperience Required:Strong interpersonal and team working skillsPrevious experience within a customer service or account management roleThe ability to communicate technical concepts to a non technical audienceAn ability to prioritise workload and perform well in busy periodsA good knowledge of windows 10 and 11, Microsoft Excel and general all round IT literacyAble to organise and co-ordinate hardware installations, working with our in house team of engineers.This is an excellent role for experienced
