Operating within an ITIL-driven framework, this role balances Network Operations (NetOps) tier-2/3 incident resolution with Network Engineering project delivery, including SD-WAN migrations and Cloud Security rollouts.Key Responsibilities1. Incident Resolution & Tier-2/3 EscalationServe as the primary technical escalation point for the Level 1 Network Operations Center (NOC).Diagnose complex network performance bottlenecks, latency issues, and outages to maintain high availability.2. Infrastructure Deployment & Branch EngineeringLead remote staging, configuration, and provisioning of branch networking hardware.Provide remote technical leadership to field engineers during physical rack-and-stack, cabling, and patching phases.3. Project Engineering & Cloud MigrationsImplement network designs provided by Global Network Architecture teams.Execute enterprise rollouts for Software-Defined WAN (SD-WAN) and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) architecture.4. Network Security & ComplianceExecute lifecycle patching, firmware updates, and vulnerability remediation across all network hardware.Conduct automated and manual configuration audits to ensure 100% compliance with enterprise security baselines.5.
