Overview
In this role you will establish and lead the Sales Data Domain to ensure trusted, high-quality data across Sales and CRM. You’ll collaborate with Data, Sales, Commercial and CRM teams to define a vision for sales data and drive improvements in data quality, access, and value. You will shape governance, standards, and controls, delivering clearer insights and trusted reporting to support business decisions. This is a cross-functional, strategic position in a collaborative, growth-focused company.

Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain the Sales Data Domain, including scope, assets, governance and business rules
- Develop a clear sales data roadmap with the Data Management Lead and data leadership
- Identify opportunities to improve sales data via CRM transformation, Customer 360, Master Data Management and trusted reporting
- Create and maintain standards, policies for ownership, handling and use of sales data
- Define and monitor data quality metrics and drive issue resolution
- Implement controls to improve completeness, accuracy, consistency and timeliness of sales data
- Support compliance with data governance, security and data protection requirements
- Collaborate with Data Visualization, BI and Data Engineering to improve data availability and usability
- Build strong relationships with Sales Leadership, Commercial and CRM stakeholders and other Data Domain Managers
- Serve as main contact for sales data queries, issues and change requests
- Represent the Sales Data Domain in governance forums and working groups
- Partner with Sales Operations, Commercial and CRM to understand data requirements in Customer Central, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related platforms
- Assess how organizational, process and system changes impact sales data
Key requirements
- Strong understanding of sales processes
- Experience working with data in operational, administrative, analytical or reporting environments
- Experience in data management and data quality
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Knowledge of CRM data, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and focus on accurate, complete and trusted data
- Experience managing data-focused products, platforms, processes or datasets
- Excellent organization and time-management skills with ability to balance multiple priorities
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical data management solutions
- Confidence communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
