Full-time Contract – 35 Hours per week
Salary Range: £67,686 to £71,191 plus excellent benefits
We are seeking a dynamic individual who shares our values and brings a creative, strategic mindset with a deep passion for justice. You will be driven to advocate for those unable to uphold their legal rights, and as a self-motivated, committed professional, you are always eager to learn and reflect on your practice
The successful candidate will possess the skill and resilience to manage and lead complex, multi-disciplinary work, while also understanding the legal and policy landscape in Northern Ireland and the needs of the advice, community and voluntary sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader who can be a credible ambassador for the organisation and develop collaborative partnerships, while remaining closely involved in day-to-day operations.
