Equans is recruiting a Head of Environment and Soft Facilities Management for Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth on a permanent basis. This role leads Soft FM and Environmental services with responsibility for strategy, delivery, safety, and stakeholder engagement.

You will provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple service streams, govern performance, and drive continuous improvement while managing a substantial budget and a large workforce.
