Store Deputy Manager: Lead Team, Drive KPIs & Service

Lidl GB is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to lead on the shop floor and behind the scenes, stepping in when the Store Manager is absent. You’ll manage cash processes, monitor stock integrity and inspire your colleagues to deliver great service and operational excellence.

You’ll build a welcoming, high-performing team, drive KPIs, and uphold Lidl values while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and delivering a first-class customer experience.
