Senior Site Manager: Construction, Safety & Client Liaison

The A S Ramsay Group seeks a Site Manager to oversee on-site operations on restoration, cladding remediation and fire safety projects in London and the Southeast. You will coordinate with contracts managers, plan weekly labour and material needs, ensure adherence to specifications, monitor health and safety, manage subcontractors, and report progress weekly.

Strong communication, planning, and cost-conscious mindset are essential; experience with JCT-based contracts is expected.
