Clinical Lead RMN – 24/7 Mental Health Ward

Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust (LSCFT) invites applications for a Band 6 Clinical Lead on Stevenson Ward. The post requires strong nursing leadership, expertise in acute mental health care, and a commitment to supervision and quality improvement.

You will work across a 24/7 service pattern, support student nurses and preceptors, lead audits, and develop staff wellbeing initiatives while maintaining high infection control standards and safe patient care.
