A growing, modern law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate & Commercial Senior Associate Solicitor to join its expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer seeking high-quality work, genuine progression and the chance to play a key role in the growth of a successful practice.

The Role

You’ll advise a broad range of business clients on corporate transactions, commercial agreements, restructures, governance matters and strategic business issues.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advising on M&A, restructures, shareholder agreements and business sales
• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Managing transactions from instruction to completion
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Leading matters independently with minimal supervision
• Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers
• Contributing to business development and networking activities
• Managing billing and commercial performance of matters

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE in Corporate & Commercial law
• Strong technical and commercial skills
• Proven experience managing client relationships and complex transactions
