Brand Counter Lead – Sales & Customer Experience

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Counter Lead to support its Brand at the point of sale in Bedford. You will drive sales, deliver excellent service and uphold retail standards to build a credible brand image.

Key duties include implementing local marketing and events, applying brand strategy, managing refunds, and leveraging digital channels to engage consumers and grow repeat business. You will monitor stock, maintain displays, and coordinate with the Area Manager on escalations.
