Freelance Marketing Ops & Design Lead – Digital Campaigns

SEPHORA UK is seeking a Marketing Operations & Design Lead on a freelance basis to shape digital campaigns across web, email, app, and social channels. You will bridge Marketing, Commercial, and external brand partners, translating brand guidelines into compelling assets and campaign delivery through Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities include coordinating briefs, ensuring technical standards, and collaborating with Design/Copy teams to uphold brand storytelling.
