Business Development Director — Civil Infrastructure Growth

Matchtech is seeking an experienced Business Development Director to drive the work-winning strategy across civil engineering and infrastructure projects in the UK. You will own the cradle-to-grave process, lead bids, and work closely with estimating, commercial and operations to secure major contracts.

The role requires a strong commercial mindset, expertise in ECI/PCSA engagements and a track record of converting opportunities into secured work with senior client stakeholders.
