Edinburgh Multi-Unit Site Manager – 4-on/4-off Leadership

SSP in Edinburgh is seeking an inspirational General Site Manager to lead our teams across multiple units, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. You will recruit and train staff, coach teams, and drive trade activity across the sites.

You’ll work 4 days on, 4 days off with early starts as 5am and potential late shifts, across BrewDog, Burger King, The Pasty Shop and AMT Coffee, building strong client relationships while maintaining safety and legal standards.
