Field QA & Compliance Lead — FM & H&S (Hybrid UK)

KBR, Inc. seeks a Field Auditing Quality Manager to lead field audit activities across building services, M&E and H&S compliance. You will manage QA processes, govern methodologies, and ensure quality outputs meet client requirements across England and Wales, with UK travel to client sites.

The role requires line management of regional auditors, collaboration with data/reporting teams, and strong analytical reporting using Power BI and CAFM tools. Hybrid office/field work in Swindon preferred.
