Senior Contracts Manager – Construction & Refurbishment

Pave Aways Limited is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring safety, quality and commercial success. You will develop site teams, manage budgets, procurement and relationships with clients and subcontractors, and report to the Construction Director.

You will bring significant experience in building construction, strong contract knowledge (JCT/NEC), and a proactive leadership style, with a UK driving licence and IOSH Managing Safely.
