Lead Multi-Site Soft FM Contract Manager

House Recruiting is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to own a multi-site Soft Facilities Management contract covering cleaning, bulk waste collection and grounds maintenance across Brighton, Crawley, Chichester and Horsham. The role is hands-on operational, focusing on delivery, client relationships and performance.

You will manage day-to-day delivery, audits, budgets and safety, lead dispersed frontline teams, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring KPI achievement.
