Job Description:
The Princess Margaret Hospital in Windsor, part of Circle Health Group, is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist (Bank) to join the Pharmacy Department. This bank role provides cover during busy periods and absences, working on an “as and when required” basis.
You will conduct medication reviews, advise patients on treatment plans, support safe prescribing, and collaborate with the team to ensure medicines availability and safety. GPhC registration and clinical hospital experience are preferred.
