Traveling Clinical Deputy Manager — Nursing Home Leader

Barchester Healthcare seeks a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical) to travel across the division, guiding nursing teams and raising care standards. As a key partner to the General Manager, you will lead by example, supervise clinical practice and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality care.

You will be an experienced RN (RGN/RMN) with NMC registration and a teaching or mentoring qualification, plus HR, budgeting and core leadership capabilities.
