Night Shift Registered Nurse (RGN) — Lead Care Team

Serencroft Care Homes is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN) to join the night team at Woodlands Care Home, Stockport. You will deliver safe, person-centred nursing care, lead the night team, and ensure accurate nursing records and medication administration.
