UX Designer — Shape High-Traffic E‑commerce Journeys

Better Placed is partnering with a Yorkshire ecommerce success story to join a newly created UX role that shapes the user experience across a high-traffic retail website. You’ll work with Creative, eCommerce, CRO, CRM and Marketing to craft intuitive journeys that drive customer satisfaction and commercial impact.

You’ll use customer insight, data and design thinking to challenge existing flows, explore new ideas and influence product direction as the company scales rapidly.
