Lead Events Manager – Maternity Cover (Hybrid & Travel)

Allen Associates is seeking an experienced Events Manager for a 14-month maternity cover contract. The role leads planning and delivery of a diverse events programme across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats, with hybrid on-site days in Oxford area.

You will manage logistics, speakers, venues, registrat ion, and post-event reporting while mentoring the Events Coordinator and working with senior stakeholders. A strong background in corporate events and CRM is required.
