Internal Communications & Engagement Lead – Part Time

St Leonard’s Hospice is seeking a part-time Internal Communications and Engagement Lead to drive staff and volunteer engagement in line with our mission and values. Joining the WELD Team, you will reshape internal communications and contribute to our Employer of Choice aspirations.

You will work 31 hours per week in the main site office, with some flexibility. The salary is £23,605.46 per annum pro rata, with progression up to £25,905.25 pro rata and potential full-time equivalents.
