Engineering Manager – Submarine Programme Lead (Hybrid)

Babcock Barrow-in-Furness is seeking an Engineering Manager to influence design, build, supportability and long-term availability of the UK’s future submarine fleet. You will act as senior engineering representative, collaborating with defence partners to embed maintainer insights into capability.

The role requires significant engineering leadership in complex, regulated environments with broad stakeholder engagement, and travel to Devonport, Clyde and Bristol.
