NPI Manufacturing Engineer: Pilot to Production Expert

Mode Labs is building autonomous opto-chemical sensing systems in Oxfordshire and seeks an NPI Engineer to industrialise a first commercial platform. You will own manufacturing processes, tooling, documentation and test activities, and coordinate pilot builds towards production transfer.

This role spans product build, process development, tooling and data, driving safe, repeatable and scalable production with cross-functional collaboration.
