Senior Structural Engineer – Highway Structures Lead

FM Conway is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead delivery of highway structures projects across London and the Southeast. You will oversee structural assessments, develop design solutions, and ensure technical quality, programme, and safety requirements are met.

Your role includes mentoring engineers, engaging with clients and stakeholders, and contributing to innovative engineering approaches and continuous improvement within the consultancy team.
