Maintenance & Production Lead (Water Utilities)

South East Water UK is recruiting a Production Manager (Maintenance) to lead a team of Electrical and Mechanical Technicians, overseeing reactive and planned maintenance in the Water Supply West department to ensure a top-quality, safe, reliable service for customers.

You will develop maintenance strategy, coordinate with schedulers, manage budgets, and participate in standby duties. A strong background in SCADA/PLC, electrical and mechanical plant, and proven leadership is essential.
