Electrical Engineering Team Lead – Satellite Systems (Hybrid)

Airbus Defence and Space Limited in Portsmouth is seeking a proactive Team Leader to manage a team of 10-15 Electrical Engineers, RF Test Systems Engineers and Test Operations Support Engineers responsible for telecommunications and navigation satellites for commercial, government and military customers.

You will work closely with the Technical Lead to ensure delivery, quality and efficiency, develop your people and optimise production processes in a hybrid, mainly office-based environment.
