Mechanical Supervisor – Boiler Replacement (12-Week Contract)

Buildspace Group in Birmingham is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to oversee a 12-week boiler replacement project in Central Birmingham. You will manage on-site trades, coordinate removal of old equipment, install new boilers, ensuring safety, quality and programme milestones for a short-term contract.

The role is contractor-based with an ASAP start, based on-site in the West Midlands. Experience in commercial boiler projects and strong supervision skills are essential.
