Graduate Test Engineer – Manufacturing (Hybrid) 2027

MBDA is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer – Graduate Programme 2027 in Stevenage. The role involves supporting the build cycle and testing of complex systems from sub-systems to launch platforms and missiles, across electronics, optics and RF.

You will rotate through three placements, work hands-on on the shop floor and in the lab, and contribute to technical documentation and drawings, with opportunities for process improvements and career development in a defence-focused environment.
