Food Safety & Environmental Health Officer – Flexible

Southwark Council is seeking an Environmental Health Officer (Food Safety) to regulate food businesses across the borough, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety laws. The role involves delivering infectious disease control functions and providing guidance to new and existing food businesses.

We require experience in food safety, food hygiene and food standards enforcement, plus a strong knowledge of food law. Excellent communication and the ability to prepare legal documents are essential.
