Lingerie Customer Service & Fitting Advisor

Bravissimo is recruiting for a Customer Service Consultant to join our Warwick office. You will handle telephone calls, live chats and video fittings, offering expert fitting and styling advice across lingerie, swimwear and nightwear ranges.

You’ll process orders, respond to emails and social media messages, and join a weekend rota as required. The role is 37.5 hours per week on a 6-month fixed term contract, with a starting hourly rate of £12.71, rising to £12.90 after a 3-month probation.
