Education Law Specialist — SEN & Education Appeals

Islington Council is seeking an Education lawyer (solicitor, barrister or FILEX) to provide high‑level education law advice on a varied caseload, including SEND appeals, judicial reviews, admissions, exclusions and school organisation.

You will join a small, friendly Corporate Litigation and Compliance Team, be adaptable to a changing environment, prioritise tasks daily and bring thorough knowledge of education law to support the council’s duties.
