We are recruiting for a Service Advisor on behalf of our client, a prestigious main dealership located in Cambridge. Duties

• – Advising customers on vehicle maintenance and repair needs
• – Preparing and selling service and repair work to customers
• – Ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction
• – Liaising with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
• – Maintaining accurate documentation and vehicle history records
• – Promoting additional products and services to maximise earning potential

Requirements

• – Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor
• – Strong customer service and communication skills
• – Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• – Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
• – Professional attitude with a focus on delivering quality service
• – Full UK driving licence
