AsProductDesignEngineerSrinRuhrpumpen,youwillberesponsibleofDesign,analyze,andoptimizereciprocatingpumpproductsandcriticalcomponentsthroughadvancedmechanicalengineeringpractices,Supportproductdevelopment,manufacturing,andfieldoperationstoensuresafe,reliable,andhigh-performancepumpingsolutions.
KeyResponsibilities
- Designanddevelopreciprocatingpumpcomponentsandsystems,ensuringcompliancewithperformance,safety,reliability,andindustrystandards.
- Engineerpressure-retainingcomponents,castings,andmachinedparts,ensuringstructuralintegrity,manufacturability,andlong-termoperationalreliability.
- Create,review,andmaintaindetailedengineeringdrawings,3Dmodels,specifications,andtechnicaldocumentationusingAutoCADandInventor.
- PerformFiniteElementAnalysis(FEA)tovalidatedesigns,evaluatestressanddeformationcharacteristics,andoptimizecomponentperformance.
- Leadproductdevelopmentandcontinuousimprovementinitiativestoenhanceproductquality,reliability,efficiency,andcost-effectiveness.
- ConductstructuredRootCauseAnalysis(RCA)investigationstoidentifyandresolveproduct,manufacturing,andfield-relatedissues.
- Collaboratecloselywithcross-functionalteams,includingManufacturing,Quality,SupplyChain,Service,andOperations,toimplementeffectiveengineeringsolutions.
- Managemultipleengineeringprojectsandprioritiessimultaneouslywhilemeetingdeadlinesandachievingteamobjectiveswithminimalsupervision.
- Evaluateandimplementengineeringchangerequests(ECRs)anddesignimprovementsbasedonperformancedata,customerfeedback,andoperationalrequirements.
Requirements
- DegreeinEngineeringorsimilarspecialty.
- 10+yearsofexperienceworkingforreciprocatingpumpmanufacturerinpumpengineeringanddesignrole.Understandingofdesigningpressureretainingcomponents,castingsandmachinedcomponents.
- Abilitytotakeinitiative,multi-taskandprioritizeindependentlytoachievesharedteamgoalswithgeneralguidance.
- Abilitytohavefunandfindinnovativesolutionsforproblems.
- KnowledgeofAutocadandInventor3Ddesign.
- KnowledgeofFEA.
- ExperienceperformingstructuredRootCauseAnalyses(RCA)toresolveproduct,manufacturingorfieldrelatedissues.
