Freddie’s Flowers is seeking a proactive B2B Sales & Innovation Manager to own the full sales pipeline for Care Homes and Corporate Gifting Partners. You will open doors, drive end-to-end deals, and then grow the accounts with a focus on long-term value and renewal opportunities.
You’ll collaborate with Product, Operations and Marketing to shape customer journeys and go-to-market strategies for new B2B initiatives, while maintaining a strong CRM pipeline and KPI tracking.
