Client Experience Specialist

AvantiGas, Head Office Based in Staveley, Chesterfield, is seeking a customer-focused Customer Experience Advisor to join our team. You will handle inbound and outbound enquiries across B2B and B2C segments, delivering an excellent customer experience and resolving queries thoroughly.

The role requires building rapport with customers and internal stakeholders, staying calm under pressure, updating the customer database, and escalating complex queries to managers.
