Senior Programme Officer, Children’s Social Care Strategy

Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a Senior Programme Officer (SME Children’s Social Care) to lead the Programme Management Office for the Children in Care sufficiency strategy. You will work with social care, commissioning and internal residential provision to drive milestones and governance.

The role requires strong analytical skills, ability to handle complex demand and cost data, and excellent written communication for senior leadership briefings.
