Online Ops Coordinator — Drive Performance & Onboarding

OneStop in the United Kingdom is seeking an Operations Coordinator for a 6-month temporary contract to support KPI reporting, performance analysis and day-to-day store and online operations.

You will work with Ops Managers, stores, suppliers and partners, manage invoicing, onboarding, Trello updates, Zendesk queries, and help drive improvements.

Candidates should have strong organisational skills, Excel proficiency, and experience in admin, retail or ops; knowledge of e-commerce is a plus.
