Urgent Care Coordination Administrator

Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, is recruiting Administrators to join the Integrated Care Coordination for Urgent Care service to support patients at home and coordinate MDTs. You will handle calls, manage referrals from GPs and professionals, input data, prepare documentation, and maintain spreadsheets while working across a 7-day, 365-day shift pattern.
